UPLOADER ЗРВ-150 "KOZAK"

    PURPOSE

Scraper unloaders of the railway wagons of "HOPPER" type are used for unloading of the bulk materials, grain, legumes and oil crops from hopper wagons in:

• road transport

• sea transport

Unloading and reloading of grain from freight vehicles into railway wagons, mechanical tilling, shoveling of grain in open and closed grain silos. The grain unloader is     intended for operational (without creation of capital reception systems) unloading of hopper wagons, provided there is flat, hard surface under the wagon. Bulk materials   are unloaded directly into a dump truck or grain truck, and in case of further transportation over long distances - on the conveyors.

   MAIN ADVANTAGES

• the grain unloader consists of a pallet located horizontally, in which there are two scraper conveyors installed, which rotate in one direction, and one vertical chain scraper conveyor, which picks up the bulk material, supplied by the horizontal conveyors, in turn it feeds bulk material into the trimmer

• the scraper mechanism minimizes grain injury, which makes the overloading process more qualitative

• the frame of the grain unloader has wheels, which makes the unloader more mobile

• hydraulic cylinders are installed on the grain unloader, which allow to adjust the height of the unit relative to the surface of the earth, as well as to adjust it for placement under the wagon

• the discharge box of the trimmer with the trimmer can be turned 90 degrees in both directions, which allows to load grain trucks in hard-to-reach places

• The warranty period of operation is declared by the manufacturer - 12 months from the date of transfer of equipment by the manufacturer to the buyer, subject to the signing of all necessary documents.

• Delivery terms: pickup from the manufacturer's warehouse.

• Terms of payment: 50% prepayment of the total cost of equipment subject to pre-order for the manufacture of equipment and the remaining 50% on the day of shipment of goods from the manufacturer's warehouse.
